The Motivation Assessment for Team Readiness, Integration, and Collaboration (MATRICx) is a psychometric tool developed by our research team that measures individual motivations and threats to scientific collaborations. The instrument is calibrated to be used with Biomedical and Health Professionals in Knowledge Producing Teams (KPTS). Knowledge Producing Teams are teams that through their engagement have to prioritize to the development of knowledge.
